First Eleven Soccer (FXI) is a Limited Liability Company owned and operated by Coach Ross McMonies. With 20+ years of coaching experience and a wealth of coaching qualifications, FXI offers a number of products and services aimed at supporting players on their individual journey toward their full potential. Assisting players with personalized training sessions and college recruitment support, FXI will challenge a player’s perceived limits and boundaries, elevating their game (and mindset) to new heights.

To help young soccer players fulfil their personal goals of playing for their club, high school, college, or pro team, elevating their skills to new levels. Above all else we aim to help players fall in love with hard work and gain a deep understanding of resilience and perseverence through our tailored training programs. Learning these life skills in a safe, fun, yet demanding environment, will foster a commitment to lifelong learning and a growth mindset.

FXI’s value is consistent in every region of opperation and as a respected brand we maintain a high level of expectation for ourselves and the players and partners we collaborate with.

VISION

First Eleven Soccer (FXI) operates with a Kaizen Mentality. Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy meaning “Continuous Improvement”. This is all encompassing, from the skills we develop on the field to the struggles and challenges we face in everyday life, we maintain an attitude of improvement. With this menatlity comes a meriade of character traits we try to foster through our coaching style, including: Accountability, Commitment, Integrity, Kindness, Leadership, Discipline, Self-Expression, Pursuit of Excellence, and a High Performance Growth Mindset. FXI will challenge players to develop in these areas in the most authentic way possible.

IKIGAI

Ikigai is another Japanese philosophy that has helped redifined all my previous beliefs as to why I coached. Discovering my Ikigai has lead me to live with a greater purpose, that purpose being to foster the development of kind, compassionate, and mindful young adults, using my passion for soccer as a vehichle for this lofty and ambitious venture. The world needs a new generation with strong core values and a kind heart - I love coaching soccer - I can get paid for it - Just so happens that I’m good at it (along with forming strong positive relationships with my players)
